Blueberry Sherbert

This recipe is not only delicious but super easy to make. 

When I took my first taste, I was hooked! Go ahead and give this easy and healthy recipe a try. 


Frozen then semi-thawed full fat coconut milk (just the top cream from the can)

1 cup frozen wild blueberries 

2 Tbsp Almond Milk

Using your food processor place ingredients and blend for a minute or two. Also to make it go smoother make sure to cut or break up the semi frozen coconut milk. You can add honey or maple syrup if you'd like. Enjoy!

Afternoon Pick Me Up

Mini Pickled Red Cabbage Salad

The afternoon time is usually full of  a get things done list whether it’s a written one or a mental one. Sometimes we need a little more energy to make it happen. This pick me up will be sure to deliver! 

Youll need:

A small handful of salad greens

1/4 Cup of Pickled Red Cabbage with apples

Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese

2 Slices of Honey Smoked Maple Turkey Breast

3-4 Olives

3 Slices of toasted red bell pepper strips

1 hard boiled egg halved(optional)


Take the salad greens and place in the bottom of a small bowl. Then add the turkey, olives, red bell peppers, egg and Parmesan cheese. Lastly add the pickled red cabbage with apples on top. Enjoy!
